The practitioners of alternative healing are not called doctors since the form of healing that they use is not generally approved by most medical practitioners.
Alternative healing has come under a lot of pressure lately because of certain methods which most medical practitioners deem unsafe or unnecessary for the treatment or healing of a sickness. There is now ethics against alternative healing recommendation especially for those methods which have not been tried or tested sufficiently to satisfy the medical world.

The concern regarding just anyone practicing alternative medicine is very high since there are no guidelines regarding this.
In spite of the strength of many people s belief in alternative medicine, medical doctors would still like to have medicine that have gone through the right process of research and study in order to protect the people from any possible harm that may come from alternative medicine.
